Should I make a reservation?

Availability changes on a daily basis. To ensure that the space you want is available when you need it, we recommend that you make an advance reservation.

Do I need insurance?

Insurance is the tenant’s responsibility and is a requirement to store in this facility. We request that you provide proof of insurance and a copy of your registration for the stored vehicle.

Can I have my lease payment automatically charged to my credit card each month?

Yes. When you set up your online account, you can specify payment options. View Account Manager

What type of payment do you accept?

Forms of payment include checks and credit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

What is the minimum time that I can store for?

The minimum rental period is 1 month.

What kind of documentation do I need to rent a unit?

A valid driver’s license or federal ID with picture is required to lease a unit. All motor vehicles or vessels must be accompanied by current registration and proof of insurance.

How long will it take to complete my transaction on move-in day?

The entire leasing process can be handled online or by email with electronic signatures. A rental may begin on your date of choice which allows bringing the vehicle in at your convenience 24/7 using your personal gate access code.

What are your hours of operation?

Office hours are Mon.-Fri. 11a-4p and after hours by Appointment. Please check the Contact Page for directions to the office.

What is hurricane resistant Boat & RV storage?

Covered storage offers hurricane-rated steel canopy buildings with embedded columns in a concrete foundation, providing wind load to hurricane force winds of 140 MPH. The superior storm water drainage system reduces the risk of hurricane-associated potential flooding.
